Accompanied by a decade of understanding through work experience in the corporate sector, at New Delhi and Bangalore and the extensive travel and interaction that came with it, stimulated Sanjiv Bathla to rethink career options. He made an entry to education, as a school Master, to The Doon School. His initial study specialisation is in the subjects of Economics and Business with Post Graduation in Management Studies from LEC-London and MBA Essentials from London School of Economics and Political Science. He seeks innovative management practices and Behavioural Economics avenues which link the strategic environment, the financial aspect and the Human Elements that are valuable Skill-based components for the 21st-Century learning curriculum.

Sanjiv Bathla is privileged to be associated with IIM Calcutta and is of the first batch of their Education Leadership Programme with another forty five Heads of Schools.
